I can't understand why the boss of the shop is talked so badly! I am always super satisfied and have never been treated unfriendly. For me this subway is the cleanest and most organized I have ever seen. How many times have I been to any other subway and was bitterly disappointed that my sub looked like it had been eaten before! I think the owner does a great job, the subs I order from her always look soooo good! Unfortunately, the subs are not so lovingly occupied by their employees, but for me this is the best shop ever. Drive half an hour to visit exactly this subway! Perhaps many do not like that this Subway does not take part in coupon campaigns, but there is an offer every evening from 18 onwards!

System gastro: friendly staff, all ingredients are always fresh and it tastes good ... if McDonald's is too far away for me

Unfortunately, the operator is always extremely unfriendly and very "stressed". Bread is only half filled. A sub with extra meat contains the same amount as a sub on other subways without extra meat. You hardly get any vegetables on it. The pepper pieces are counted !! The stingiest subway I know.

Do not take part in the coupon promotion. Even the offers in the app are not accepted. Had to wait almost 10 minutes until I was served. The shop was empty ...

Home without dinner ... Unfortunately not included in the coupon campaign Aug-Sep2020 ... there is a small handwritten note on the counter ... only seen after ordering ... Statement "we won't take part because we have dinner" ... well, dinner is also a coupon ... so in German they don’t take part in 15 coupons because they offer 1nen .... and then send hungry cyclists who have cycled there for 30 minutes without food ... a shame

It tastes okay. However, I don't see it as paying more for less. Sub of the day € 2.69 (salami, ham, etc ...) wanted that, but without salami. Then it was said, I have to order the ham sub, which is min. 1 euro is more expensive. Don't understand where the problem is with leaving out the salami. Told him that I would put it down myself ... With the salad I can say what I don't want on it. I also don't understand why people always put them in a plastic bag without asking. Everywhere you pay for plastic bags, and there you get thrown the bag afterwards.

Absurdly long waiting times during the week at 7:00 p.m. There is never more than one person working in the restaurant. Something like that is no longer "fast food".

Today I visited Subway in Bergisch Gladbach I was pleasantly surprised because there were plenty of parking spaces available on entering the interior, I was by bright friendly well sorted and surprised by a nice welcome because I was delighted with the arrangement of the furniture the arrangement of the light but also the arrangement of the whole business area I think great everything is very clean and the men's room perfectly overall a very good impression I felt very well we spent a total of 28 € and it was a nice moment

Super quiet restaurant. The operation is okay. In summer you can eat outside.
